i need some advice on what phone to buy. i want a touch screen mobile with as much tech as possible for the lowest price?? like $300 or less??

amy ox.admin answers:Um, well it depends what carrier you have. Like i have verizon and you have to either get a new contract or wait for ur old contract to end to get sale price phones for like half of what they really are. If not your probably going to pay around $400 and up for a touch
